The arrangment at the Chauvet in Sonoma wine country allows for maximum flexibility for corporate strategy sessions, wedding parties or families of almost any size! The units may be rented individually, or by the whole floor or building. Maximum occupancy 6 adults in all units, except 1B which has a maximum of 8 adults.

Complimentary wine passes for six to Arrowood, Bartholomew Park, Chateau St. Jean, Gary Farrell, Sojourn Cellars (by appointment only) and Taft Street Winery (plus a 10% discount on any wine purchases), complimentary reserve tastings at Cline and Jacuzzi, 2 for 1 tastings at Black Stallion Winery, Buena Vista, Geyser Peak, Gundlach Bundschu and Ravenswood and complimentary upgraded tastings at Ledson are included with your stay at The Chauvet. In addition, you will receive the Sonoma Valley B & B Association passport for complimentary tastings for each guest at 25+ Sonoma Valley wineries at check-in. Exclusively for guests at The Chauvet is the use of a beautifully elegant picnic basket to take on your travels. Filled with gourmet goodies from Raymond & Co. Cheesemonger, Olive & Vine, Wine Country Chocolates, Figone Olive Oil, the Glen Ellen Village Market and of course any of our wine partners, this will sustain you through a full day of wine country pleasure. Please reserve it in advance through the Glenelly office. An additional security deposit will be required.

The conditions and restrictions at The Chauvet allow for a maximum of one vacation rental per week.

CURRENT SPECIALS

POLICIES

An advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent shall be required at the time of making the reservation. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the arrival date, at which time the cancellation policy will be in effect. Please note that the credit card number on file will be used to process the balance on it's due dates as stated in your confirmation letter. Should you wish to use a different credit card number than the one on file, you must contact us two days prior to the due date of the remaining balance. If you request to change credit cards after the charge has been run, a fee equal to 3% of the charge amount for Visa, Mastercard or Discover and 5% of the charge amount for American Express may be assessed.

There is a two night minimum stay at all times, and a three night minimum stay required on all holiday periods and event weekends. Properties with three or more bedrooms require a three night minimum on high season weekends (May through October). These policies may be waived, under certain circumstances and at the discretion of management, with payment of the housekeeping fee.

Cancellations received earlier than 30 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations received later than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire amount due for the stay. In the event of such late cancellation, the guest will receive a refund for any nights that can be rebooked. Group bookings of three units or more have special policies, please call or e.mail for more information.

Check-in is between 3 and 6 PM, and check-out is at 11 am, at the Glenelly Inn & Properties office at 5131 Warm Springs Road, Glen Ellen, CA. Directions will be e.mailed with your confirmation. Special arrangements must be made IN ADVANCE for early or late check-ins, or late check-outs, and every effort will be made to accommodate such special requests whenever possible. A refundable security deposit of $500 per unit will be required at check-in, with signed liability release.

Children are welcome. Pets may be allowed in designated units, with an additional security deposit and by advance arrangement only. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas.

Please take note of the bed configurations as spelled out on the website. Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance and preferably at the time of reservation if you would like the beds set up differently than the norm as stated on the website. If such a change is requested less than 72 hours in advance of your arrival, you will be assessed an additional charge of $50-$100, depending on the time frame.
